Global VC seminar on mobile government to be organized jointly by e-Development thematic group-The World Bank and SPeG

The outcomes of the deliberations of the first day of mGovWorld Track will be shared with the global auideince through a video confereing seminar jointly organized by SPeG and e-development thematic group of The World Bank

Mobile/ Wireless technologies are fast becoming the choice of public sector to enhance the reach of e-Government services. The two day dedicated track on mobile government titled "mGovWorld" is aimed at discussing the global trends and best practices in the domain.

In order to share the outcomes of the first day discussions, e-Development Thematic group of The World Bank and SpeG will jointly organize a VC seminar on November 29, 2007. The seminar will also be webcast live so that the stakeholders from World-over are able to communicate their experiences on the subject.
