Taking stock of the developments so far and preparing for future e-Government services and all inclusive development.

Track II : Mobile-Government - delivery of Public Services to enable access for all

Co-organized with e-Deevelopment Thematic Group of The World Bank, the track will focus on innovative m-Government applications and a global Video Conferencing Seminar by The World Bank.

Track III : Open Solutions for Public Administration

The track is aimed at discussing policy initiatives for adoption of Open Solutions (Open Format for Documents, Open Content and Open Source) for ensuring inter operable e-Government applications.
